Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead enterprise-level financial planning, analysis, and decision support across the business. This role will be responsible for driving complex financial modeling, global cash flow planning, quotation margin reconciliation, and forecasting processes, while ensuring alignment across commercial, operational, and accounting perspectives.

The FP&A Manager will partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate complex financial data into actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance financial visibility. This role requires a strong ability to independently design financial models, establish scalable processes, and provide effective review and oversight of analytical outputs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide governance and oversight of sales and cash flow forecasting processes, ensuring integrity and cross-functional alignment of key assumptions;
  • Own and enhance quotation-related margin analysis, ensuring alignment between pricing, accounting actuals, and forecast assumptions.
  • Lead continuous enhancement of financial models and automation initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Provide review, guidance, and quality control over team deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and business relevance.
  • Partner with Sales, Production, and Accounting teams to align financial insights with operational execution.
  • Drive development of scalable reporting frameworks covering actuals, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Deliver executive-level dashboards and insights to support senior management decision-making.
  • Establish and monitor key business metrics to evaluate performance and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and support ad hoc strategic analysis as required.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of execution.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA/CPA a plus).
• 12+ years of experience, or 8+year of experience with Master's degree in manufacturing or tech industry experience, or public firm experience, preferred in FP&A, cost management, or accounting roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large, complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems or reporting tools (e.g., BI tools, Workday); SAP experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and quotation concepts.
• Strong understanding of industry technology and market dynamics related to SMC products.
• Accounting and cost background preferred.

Salary Range

$155,000 - $180,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
