What You'll Do
Corporate FP&A & Reporting
Assist in the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial models across the Solo Brands portfolio.
Own and maintain consolidated roll-ups across brands, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and clear bridges between brand-level and corporate results.
Support preparation of materials for quarterly earnings calls and board presentations, working cross-functionally with Accounting and Legal as needed.
Analyze financial and operational performance vs. budget and prior periods, delivering insights that drive business decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to track key performance indicators (KPIs) at both the brand and enterprise level.
Solo Stove Business Partnership
Serve as a key finance partner to the Solo Stove commercial team, with direct exposure to revenue forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis across channels.
Partner with commercial and pricing teams to evaluate pricing architecture, promotional impact, and competitiveness in support of growth and profitability goals.
Support commercial strategy work by identifying emerging risks and opportunities across channels, inventory, and assortment, and surfacing them with clear recommendations.
Partner with functional teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) to manage and forecast expenses, ensuring spend aligns with plan and business priorities.
Who You Are
2+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or a related field; experience in a public company and/or DTC/consumer environment preferred.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; comfort working with large datasets, and experience with ERP or FP&A tools (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar) is a plus.
Analytically strong with excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for both finance and non-finance audiences, including senior leadership.
Comfortable and curious using AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive work, and pressure-test thinking.
Self-starter who is organized and able to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
