You will oversee data-driven reporting, guide business planning efforts and drive the execution of key financial initiatives, ensuring your work shapes organizational success.
This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.
ResponsibilitiesHow You'll Make an Impact- Lead, coach and support a team of Business Planning Analysts to foster professional growth and accountability
- Oversee budget and forecast functions, develop financial models and deliver comprehensive reporting and analysis
- Serve as a liaison to ensure effective monthly financial reporting and accurate forecasting for departmental budgets
- Provide oversight of complex data management, presenting solutions and insights to department leadership
- Direct analysis of costs and metrics to support informed decision-making
- Assign projects, review team performance and manage continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure business rules and departmental processes are documented, implemented and executed as designed
QualificationsWhat You'll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsEducation- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
Experience- 5+ years of accounting, business planning or finance
