Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in finance/accounting, preferably in financial institutions
• MBA or Master's in Finance/Accounting preferred
• Strong knowledge of bank FTP, capital, and cost allocation
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Axiom Financial Reporting is a plus
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources including SQL and Power Query

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis
• Conduct Line of Business budgeting and monthly forecasting, ensuring timely completion and regular presentations to executives
• Drive the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and three-year strategic planning process
• Develop complex financial models for new ventures and marketing strategies
• Analyze performance trends to guide financial development
• Prepare accurate reports for board and management, including benchmarks
• Establish profitability metrics and key performance indicators for future growth
• Assist in M&A activities, including due diligence and post-close analytics
