Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably within financial institutions
• MBA or a Master's Degree in Finance/Accounting strongly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of bank FTP, capital, and cost allocation methodologies
• Advanced experience in financial modeling is a must
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced skills required
• Familiarity with Axiom Financial Reporting is a plus
• Ability to extract and analyze data from multiple sources; skills in SQL and Power Query preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in strategic initiatives
• Provide comprehensive budgeting and monthly forecasting support for lines of business
• Drive the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and three-year strategic planning processes
• Develop and implement complex financial models for new business ventures and marketing strategies
• Analyze historical and future performance trends to guide financial growth
• Prepare management and board reports, competitive benchmarks, and company metrics
• Establish profitability metrics and KPIs for future business growth
• Engage in the Bank's M&A activities, including due diligence and post-close analysis
