Full Job Description
We're looking for an FP&A Manager to serve as the finance business partner for our regional business segments. You'll own the budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for a portfolio of regions, working directly with regional VPs and operations leaders to turn financial data into decisions. This is a hands-on role that blends financial modeling with day-to-day relationship management across the business. Work Location: This position follows a hybrid work schedule and requires the employee to work on-site at our Lake Success headquarters three (3) days per week. This is not a fully remote position. Responsibilities - Partner with regional VPs and operators to build annual budgets and rolling forecasts, owning the P&L for your assigned regions - Lead monthly business reviews with regional leadership, presenting clear narratives on revenue, margin, mix, and cost drivers - Analyze regional performance against forecast and prior year, flagging risks and opportunities and recommending corrective actions - Build and maintain financial models supporting labor planning, capital requests, and new location/market expansion - Track and analyze labor trends within regions and partner with regional VPs to prepare staffing models / labor forecasts - Standardize and improve regional reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to speed up decision-making - Act as the finance lead on cross-functional initiatives with sales, operations, and supply chain to keep regional targets aligned with corporate strategy - Support month-end close and ensure regional actuals are accurately reflected in consolidated results - Mentor and develop financial analysts supporting the regional reporting function Qualifications - 5-7 years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, ideally with exposure to multi-unit or multi-region business models - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus - Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with planning and digital tools (Planful, PowerBI, Power Query, Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx preferred) - Comfort presenting to non-finance stakeholders and translating numbers into a business story - Proven ability to build trust with operators and regional leaders - Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple regions/deadlines simultaneously Some of the benefits of being a part of our growing Parts Authority family: - Medical Coverage - Pharmacy Coverage - Dental Coverage - Vision Coverage - Basic Life and AD&D - Short Term Disability Coverage - Voluntary Short Term Disability Coverage - Voluntary Long Term Disability Coverage - Flexible Spending Account - Commuter Expense Reimbursement Account - Health Savings Account - Health Reimbursement Account - Accident Insurance - Critical Illness Insurance - Hospital Indemnity Insurance - ID Theft Insurance - Legal Plan Insurance - Pet Insurance - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Paid Holidays, Sick and Vacation - Profit Sharing/401 (k) Plan - Employee Discounts on Merchandise MinUSD $125,000.00/Yr.
