Full Job Description
Your Tasks

Financial Reporting and Performance Management
  • Own and continuously improve the daily sales reporting process, building on the recently completed process enhancement to ensure timely, accurate and decision-relevant sales visibility.
  • Partner with the MU Controlling Director in monitoring financial performance and key business drivers for North America, including MSE / MSO (Monthly Sales Estimate / Monthly Sales Outlook), monthly performance reviews, quarterly closing and other recurring management reporting.
  • Ensure reporting submissions to the region are completed on time and in full, with appropriate data validation, issue follow-up and quality checks.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Brands, Supply Chain Finance and accounting teams to identify risks and opportunities and support clear communication to EUNA Regional Finance.
  • Contribute insights that support steering of net sales landing, profitability, risks and opportunities, and other key performance topics.
  • Support special reporting requirements applicable to North America as a stand-alone Board Region, including but not limited to FMTP (Financial Mid Term Plan), impairment tests, business reviews, market visits and leadership reporting.

Forecasting and Planning
  • Support the MU Controlling Director across planning and forecasting cycles, including MSE / MSO, weekly updates, ABP, FMTP and related planning processes.
  • Coordinate planning inputs from North America finance teams in line with regional guidelines and submission timelines.
  • Support consolidation, target-setting and assumption alignment through analysis, validation and structured follow-up.
  • Prepare variance analysis and supporting explanations for deviations versus plan across relevant SOI (Statement of Income) lines.
  • Document key assumptions, timelines, responsibilities and recurring planning requirements to improve planning and forecasting processes.

Power BI and Analytics
  • Lead Power BI development, governance and adoption as Key User for North America
  • Maintain, continuously improve and upgrade the NAG App as the central access point for Power BI reports in North America
  • Improve performance and usability of existing dashboards
  • Proactively identify reporting gaps and emerging business requirements and prioritize new business use cases for dashboards, translating stakeholder needs into scalable reporting solutions aligned with Global Builder (PAL) guidelines.
  • Run cross-functional user trainings to improve Power BI usage, adoption and data literacy across the NAG organization.

Financial Rigor and RCM
  • Own and steer overall US RCM (Risk Control Matrix) process including identifying improvement areas and implementing changes where relevant.
  • Liaise with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to improve ways of working and ensure on time in full and successful delivery of controls.
  • Support data governance and proactively improve reporting discipline by strengthening validation routines, master data logic and process documentation.


Your Profile

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Finance and Controlling roles; experience in Sales and / or Marketing Finance is a plus.
  • Experience in a local affiliate and / or regional / corporate controlling, finance or FP&A environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy and ability to translate financial data into clear business insights.
  • Strong Power BI capability is a plus: including dashboard development, performance improvement, user adoption and business requirement translation.
  • Very good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge needed; B.One / SAP / TM1 experience is a plus.
  • Constructive, pragmatic working style with ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial orientation and FMCG business acumen.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; fluent written and spoken English.
  • Base Salary Range: $118,900-149,100
    Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills and other factors. Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

The FP&A Manager North America works in partnership with the MU (Management Unit) Controlling Director to support financial planning, reporting and performance management for the North America Group (NAG), covering the US and Canada. The role acts as a key liaison between the North America affiliates and Europe and North America (EUNA) Regional Finance across a wide range of Finance topics, ensuring consistent communication and information flow.
Through broad exposure to the North America business, cross-functional stakeholders and the key drivers of financial performance, the role provides a strong development platform for future opportunities within more commercially focused finance functions, including Sales and Brands/Marketing Finance, subject to individual performance, career interests and position availability.
This role requires a proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate business and reporting needs, identify gaps or improvement opportunities, and independently initiate and progress actions with a high degree of autonomy.
