FP&A Manager, Investment Management
The Role
Morningstar Wealths FP&A team is seeking an FP&A Manager to serve as the finance lead for the US Investment Management business. This role sits at the center of strategic and financial decisionmaking and is responsible for owning the credibility, clarity, and consistency of financial performance narratives provided to senior leadership. It would be an exciting opportunity for a current Senior FP&A Analyst to rise to a new role.
This is not a reportingonly role. The FP&A Manager is expected to independently own variance explanations, challenge assumptions, and ensure leadership receives accurate, wellvalidated, and decisionuseful insights. The role reports to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and requires four days a week in our Chicago office.
