Role SummaryWe're looking for an FP&A Manager to own the analytical backbone of a rapidly growing AI-enabled insurance distribution platform. You'll own budgeting, monthly business reviews, and long-term/cash flow modeling, and perform financial analysis - partnering directly with leadership to help steer the business, while our outsourced accounting partner continues to own monthly close and day-to-day bookkeeping. This role suits someone from an investment banking, consulting, or FP&A background who wants real ownership over how we understand and plan the business, not just execution of an existing process.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Leadership & Operations- Build and manage the annual budget and ongoing budget-to-actual tracking
- Prepare and present the Monthly Business Review (MBR) for the group and a growing number of subsidiaries
- Own long-term financial modeling
- Cash flow modeling and forecasting
- Prepare investor and lender reporting
- Partner with our outsourced accounting provider (FR) on monthly close and integration items as needed
- Lead special financial investigations and ad hoc analysis across the portfolio when something needs to be understood quickly
What you bring / core competencies- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or FP&A
- Strong financial modeling and analytical toolkit
- Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, or business review processes
- Comfortable operating with limited structure and building process from scratch
- Deep understanding of budgeting, long-term/cash flow modeling, and business reporting
- AI experience is a strong plus
