FP&A AnalystPosition SummaryThe FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in our financial planning and analysis department, providing insights and support that will help shape our strategic direction. This position requires a blend of analytical prowess, financial modeling expertise, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving our financial planning processes, analyzing business performance, and supporting decision-making across the organization.
What you will be doing- Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision-making. Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against strategic plans.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct monthly and quarterly financial variance analyses, identifying trends, and making recommendations for corrective actions as needed. All other duties as assigned.
- KPI Reporting and Tracking: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support business objectives.
- Forecasting: Lead the financial forecasting process, including KPIs, revenue, and expenses, and capital expenditures, to support short-term and long-term strategic planning.
- Healthcare Industry Analysis: Utilize knowledge of the healthcare industry to analyze market trends, opportunities, and challenges, particularly in relation to revenue cycle management.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support on projects, identifying financial risks and opportunities.
What you will bring to the team- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance/Analytical role.
- Prefer candidates with healthcare sector, consulting, or investment banking experience.
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver on tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to problem-solve and be decisive with actions.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $125,000 per year
