Key Responsibilities • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processfor various G&A teams (Finance, Legal, Human Resources, etc.), ensuring • alignment with company objectives. • Partner with operations teamsto develop cost-saving strategies while maintaining critical capabilities and support. • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysisto support strategic decision-making. • Prepare and present financial reportsto senior leadership, providing actionable insights on budget variances, trends, and key • performance indicators (KPIs). • Drive process improvementsin financial planning and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto align financial plans with operational goals. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Preferred 4+ years of experience in the following: • Accounting and knowledge of US GAAP standards • Financial acumen • Data analysis/modeling skills • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., OneStream, Adaptive Insights, or similar). • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional Information The compensation range for this role is $78,400 - $122,500. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
