Qualifications

• Experience with full-stack software engineering, from frontend to backend.
• Hands-on skills in React and Python for building applications.
• Proven track record of end-to-end feature ownership in product development.
• Familiarity with 0-to-1 product build and architectural design processes.
• User-centric design sensibility with strong attention to product aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and collaboration.
• Bonus: Experience in launching products for real customers; startup or founder experience is a plus.
• Bonus: Interest or background in construction and blueprint analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own product features from customer discovery through to production.
• Conduct weekly customer interviews to derive actionable product insights.

• Contribute to all aspects of the software stack, from front to back.
