Twos is a stealth startup on a mission to reconnect people and make humans happier in an increasingly disconnected world. Backed by cutting-edge research, including insights from Sonja Lyubomirsky (our Chief Scientist and author of The How of Happiness), we're building something game-changing, and we're looking for a Founding Head of Growth to help bring it into the world.

You'll be one of our first hires, leading early growth while setting up the systems that help us move fast and smart. Think of this as part growth lead, part early operator - a unique opportunity to shape a company from the ground up. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who moves fast, thinks creatively, and thrives on figuring things out.

What You'll Do
  • Growth Strategy & Execution - Drive user acquisition through creative experimentation. This will include finding and building relationships with early advocates.
  • Product-Driven Growth - Work closely with the CEO, CTO and Design to shape and iterate on a go-to-market approach.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership - Pitch in on investor updates, ops, hiring, and execution wherever needed. You'll be close to everything, and critical to making it all run.
  • CEOs Right Hand - Act as a force multiplier for the CEO, helping turn vision into action.

Who You Are
  • 2-6 years in growth, product marketing, strategy, or high-growth startup roles that demanded creative thinking and fast execution.
  • Strategic but also insanely scrappy: willing to get out there and talk to people on the street or whatever is called for.
  • A persuasive storyteller with an able to sell ideas, build excitement, and rally users, partners, and collaborators.
  • A doer-you execute fast, learn on the fly, and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Based in New York or willing to relocate (this is not a fully remote role).
