immigration technology platform in San Francisco is hiring its
first dedicated growth marketer. This is a high-ownership, full-stack role working in-person with the founding team - you will build the growth function from the ground up across both a consumer audience (individuals navigating U.S. visa applications) and B2B partners (employers and law firms). This is a trust-driven, high-intent category where great marketing directly unlocks access for people navigating complex, life-changing processes.
What You'll Do- Own growth end-to-end: acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention across B2C and B2B funnels.
- Build and scale a content and SEO engine targeting high-intent search around visa types, immigration questions, and case studies.
- Run and iterate on paid acquisition experiments across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn; double down on what works.
- Shape brand, positioning, and storytelling for a trust-heavy category, including founder-led and customer-story content.
- Build lifecycle marketing via email/CRM, referral loops, and partnership channels.
- Establish analytics and attribution infrastructure; run a rigorous, data-driven experimentation cadence.
- Partner directly with founders on go-to-market strategy and positioning decisions.
What We're Looking ForRequired:- 2-7 years of growth or marketing experience, ideally at an early-stage startup.
- Proven, hands-on experience owning full-funnel growth independently - content, SEO, paid, lifecycle, and analytics.
- Track record of shipping marketing experiments and campaigns without dedicated design, engineering, or marketing team support.
- Experience building content and SEO engines for high-intent search categories.
- Experience running paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn and scaling successful campaigns.
- Experience building lifecycle marketing programs: email/CRM sequences, referral loops, or partnership channels.
- Experience setting up marketing analytics, attribution models, and funnel experimentation frameworks.
- Experience developing brand positioning and go-to-market strategy for trust-heavy or regulated categories.
Nice to Have:- Experience marketing regulated services such as legal, fintech, or health.
- Direct experience with U.S. immigration processes or immigrant communities.
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS platforms to employers, HR teams, or law firms.
