Full Job Description
The Role

As the Founding AE at DayDream, you'll play a critical role in building the sales organization. We've nailed product-market fit - our customers love us, our retention is exceptional, and demand is growing fast. We're now looking for our first Founding AE to ride that wave, close high-quality deals, and help shape the future of our go-to-market motion.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Lead discovery, tailor demos, handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals with speed and precision.
  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Work inbound leads and get scrappy with outbound - email, LinkedIn, creative campaigns, referrals, and whatever else works.
  • Navigate Complex Deals: Partner with owners to guide deals across the finish line.
  • Build with the Team: Relay insights to product and engineering to influence roadmap, and help improve onboarding and handoff processes.
  • Define the Sales Motion: Develop repeatable playbooks, optimize CRM hygiene, forecast revenue, and refine messaging - we're building this from the ground up.
  • Champion the Customer: Cultivate long-term relationships that drive retention, upsells, and referrals.
