The RoleWe're looking for a founding engineer to help build our product, technical foundation, and engineering culture.
You'll work directly with the founders and customers to turn ambiguous, high-value problems into production software. You'll have broad ownership over what we build, how we build it, and how quickly it reaches customers.
You'll:
- Build and own major product surfaces from first principles.
- Develop AI systems for complex, high-stakes workflows.
- Design reliable infrastructure and external integrations.
- Work directly with customers to understand their operations and iterate quickly.
- Help establish our technical standards and engineering culture.

Experience with Python, TypeScript, React, applied AI, or data-intensive systems is helpful, but the ability to learn and execute matters more. You don't need prior experience in lending or commercial real estate.
