tl;dr: Interface is looking for generalist founding engineers (ml, data, full-stack) who are scrappy, push boundaries and have a need to win. We need to work hard and build quick to win. We want people to challenge our ideas and build alternatives. LFG

what you'll do:
  • speak to users/customers about their experience / problems / needs
  • architect systems used daily by thousands of folks at $B+ companies
  • build agent-swarm data pipelines that autonomously audit thousands of documents
  • maintain infrastructure that scales
  • ship fast - because perfectionism kills progress.
