- Product & Design. You have strong taste and a bias for craft. You turn ideas into delightful, performant full stack engineering.
- AI. You're good at making Create more intelligent. You can stare down unknown research challenges and solve with the latest models + techniques.
- Infra. You've built systems that scale or let builders deploy to millions.
Your background looks something like:- 4+ years of production experience with Typescript
- If you've personally built something people use, YOE is irrelevant
- You've built a product people love on your own or on a team
- Excited to work in person with the team 5 days / week in San Francisco
- You've used Create and have strong opinions on what to build next
We pay extra attention if you have:- Prior experience as a founder or founding eng
- Strong product, design, or AI taste
- Strong production experience with LLMs
