Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience delivering production software that users rely on daily.
• Proven ability to deploy AI systems including LLM workflows that interact with real tools.
• Strong skills in Python and backend or ML systems for production AI applications.
• Experience with evaluation frameworks and techniques like reinforcement learning and retrieval.
• Familiarity with observability practices and on-call responsibilities for production systems.
• Knowledge of CAD, CAE, EDA, or PLM tools is highly advantageous.
• Background in frontier or applied AI, industrial software, simulation, robotics, or autonomous systems enhances candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Design and build system architecture that integrates AI agents with CAD, CAE, and PLM tools under security constraints.
• Own full engineering execution, from architecture choices to production delivery and monitoring.
• Launch initial production AI workflows for customer use immediately.
• Develop evaluation and training loops to enhance system performance using real-world data.
• Work closely with engineers at partner companies to identify system failures and enhance capabilities accordingly.
• Contribute to and execute the engineering roadmap within live programs.
• Scale platform adoption across partner firms with a focus on measurable efficiency gains and mentorship.
