Qualifications

• Engineer-turned-designer or vice versa, with an understanding of intuitive interfaces.
• Experience shipping production features end-to-end; stronger in front-end but capable in back-end.
• Strong product sense and enjoyment in direct customer engagement.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for design and best-in-class products.
• Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco with support for relocation and visa.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CEO, CTO, and customers to design user-friendly interfaces for AI Agents.
• Transform complex industrial data into intuitive and transparent user experiences.
• Ensure high-trust experiences that empower users to make quick decisions.
• Iterate on designs based on customer feedback and usability standards.
• Stay updated on and explore best design practices in relevant industries.
