Full Job Description

What we built

Infinitus is a passive RF spatial intelligence platform. A single node replaces a standard enterprise WiFi access point and, from the same ceiling mount, identifies, locates, and authenticates every wireless device in range with sub-10cm accuracy in three dimensions, across WiFi, BLE, UWB, cellular, and RFID simultaneously.

No tags. No cameras. No app. No opt-in. Nothing on the asset and nothing on the person.

That last part is the whole company. Every real-time location system in the world requires you to tag the thing you want to find. Infinitus does not. It reads what the environment is already emitting. That is why it works on the patient who will not wear a badge, the pallet nobody tagged, and the phone that is not supposed to be on the trading floor.

Twenty issued patents. A working prototype validated at sub-10cm. One node replaces three to four legacy systems at a fraction of the cost.

Where we actually are

We are a very small founding team at prototype stage. Pre-revenue. Pre-seed-close.

There is no sales team. No customer base. No commercial playbook. No CRM full of warm leads waiting for you. There is a validated breakthrough, a filed patent moat, a defined product roadmap, and a founding team that includes the co-founder of Tether.

If reading "no sales team, no playbook, pre-revenue" made you lean in rather than back, you are the person this was written for. If it did not, we will both be glad you found that out in ninety seconds instead of ninety days.

Why this is a category, not a product

Every major wireless transition produced one platform company. WiFi produced Cisco. Mobile produced Qualcomm. The physical intelligence layer, the layer that tells software where things actually are, has never had one.

The digital economy is the most instrumented environment in human history. Every click tracked, every dollar traced. The $100 trillion physical economy runs on clipboards, radios, and periodic manual counts. Hospitals cannot find equipment. Warehouses lose inventory they cannot see. Facilities have no floor-level awareness of anything.

The signals to fix that have been in the air the entire time. What was missing was the receiver, and the receiver had to be cheap enough to buy on a WiFi refresh line item rather than a new capital project. That is the unlock. Not a better sensor. A sensor that arrives inside the box IT was already going to purchase.

What you will own

  • The beachhead call. Six markets have real, funded pain: retail loss prevention, healthcare asset visibility, commercial real estate utilization, corrections contraband detection, financial services compliance, and warehouse and supply chain custody. The co-founders have done the analysis. You will pressure-test it, make the call on where we go first, and own the outcome. This is the single highest-leverage decision in the company's first year and it is yours.
  • The first customers. Pilots, LOIs, and referenceable accounts. These do not come from cold outreach at this stage. They come from a career of relationships. We expect you to be making calls in week one to people who will pick up because it is you.
  • The seed raise. Pipeline, data room, diligence, term sheet, close. The co-founders bring active relationships with institutional capital, defense-adjacent investors, and strategic partners, and will be in every room that matters. You will run it.
  • The commercial engine. Pricing, packaging, channel strategy, and the sales motion, built from nothing, in markets that have no established playbook to copy.
  • The team. VP Sales, VP Product, VP Engineering, and the full bench through Series A. Your hires, your standard.
  • The board and the P&L. Governance, independent director recruiting at Series A, investor reporting, financial planning, runway discipline.
  • The narrative. Every investor, customer, and partner conversation, from a retail CFO to a sovereign wealth fund to a government program office.

The co-founders stay actively engaged on capital, relationships, and positioning. You will not be alone. But you will be in front.

Who tends to thrive here

The pattern we see in the right operator: they do not need the technology explained. They need five minutes with it and they start naming accounts.

Candidates with experience in one or more of these domains are strongly encouraged to apply:

  • Supply chain visibility, asset tracking, and fleet or cargo intelligence
  • Industrial IoT and operational intelligence
  • RFID and item-level inventory intelligence
  • Warehouse and logistics automation
  • Loss prevention and asset security technology
  • Healthcare RTLS and clinical asset management
  • Corrections, financial services compliance, or commercial real estate technology
  • Enterprise wireless and networking infrastructure
  • Defense-adjacent or dual-use hardware-software platforms

Strong candidates have typically sold into VP and C-level buyers across operations, supply chain, IT, security, and asset management, often inside a single deal. They have built a commercial motion from zero, know the difference between a proof-of-concept and a referenceable account, and know exactly what a signed LOI is worth and what it costs to get one.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record as CEO, President, founder, or equivalent senior leader at a deep tech, hardware-software, IoT, or supply chain intelligence company, with verifiable commercial or exit outcomes
  • Demonstrated success raising institutional venture capital, with partner-level relationships at institutional funds, family offices, or strategic capital partners
  • Demonstrated ability to land first enterprise customers in a market with no existing commercial playbook
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to VP and C-level operations, supply chain, IT, and asset management buyers in enterprise environments
  • Technical fluency to hold a credible conversation on RF sensing, wireless infrastructure, edge compute, and spatial data platforms, and to translate it for any audience
  • Comfort operating in defense-adjacent and dual-use environments, including with government customers
  • Demonstrated success recruiting and retaining senior commercial and technical talent
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Compensation

Base salary of $150,000 to $250,000 annually following the seed close, commensurate with stage and experience, with a material step-up at Series A. Meaningful founding equity commensurate with a CEO role at this stage. Performance bonus eligibility post-raise. All details, including equity structure, vesting, and bonus mechanics, are discussed over the course of conversations, as raise size and other factors are taken into account.
