The OpportunityAs the Founding Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, from working inbound leads through to close. The role is primarily about taking sales calls and closing deals, with some top-of-funnel work and upselling. You will report directly to the founder and play a defining role in shaping how the company sells.
Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead to close
- Take sales calls and close deals as the primary day-to-day focus
- Nurture pipeline, handle some top-of-funnel, and drive upsells
- Communicate credibly with finance and accounting leaders
- Partner closely with the founder and platform team
- Help build the sales motion from the ground up
Requirements- At least 1 year of closing experience
- Strong communication skills and a sharp, professional presence
- Hungry, driven, and motivated
- Clear ambition to grow into a leadership role
- Bonus: finance background, experience selling to finance/accounting leaders, or a senior SDR ready to close
