Role: Founding Account Executive
Job Description: As a foundational member of the Account Executive team, your overarching objective is to drive company revenue growth through net new customer acquisition How You'll Find Success

Things You'll Do
• Sell the TMA Performance platform and become trusted advisors to C-Suite, Director, and VP level leaders
• Engage with clients at all points of the sales cycle - including prospecting, product demonstrations, on-site presentations, through close
• Drive net-new revenue growth through new logo acquisition
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
• Leverage CRM, sales tools and marketing automation to maximize efficiency
• Educate clients on packages and options applicable to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs
• Develop and execute strategic plans for your territory and create reliable forecasts
Qualifications
• Earned a Bachelor's degree
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools
• Highly motivated with a desire to continuously learn and grow
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and offer customized solutions
• Experience closing complex, consultative deals
• You can travel as needed
• You have 4+ years of sales experience
• You have at least 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS
