Full Job Description
Manage the communications and marketing pipeline. Implement teammate engagement opportunities for the Inspire Awards and other special programs to help drive increased utilization. Manage special projects and measure impact of teammate special programs. Creates verbal and written communication with nonprofit grantees and all levels of the corporation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manage the communications and marketing pipeline with internal partners and external agency to help coordinate content details, manage workflow schedule and also ensure successful implementation in regards the intranet/internet, newsletter and/or special events such as the Inspire Awards, etc. 2. Implement and execute strategies to improve teammate utilization and engagement with Foundation philanthropic amplification of special Programs, and manage programs designed to foster team members, including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment. 3. Manage the workflow for the rapid response program for natural and manmade disasters from coordinating with Regional Presidents, trusted grantee partners, and Directors of Regional Programing to final grant payments. 4. Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects, creating suitable tactics and objectives, that support coordinating multifaceted project activities. Monitor and assess program performance insights and deliver solution to maximize impact. 5. Facilitates research using the grants management software, the Truist Foundation Investment Manager's portfolio view system, and other software for record management, data gathering, and reporting that is used for various needs such as regulatory reporting, data analysis, internal and external communications, and ad hoc requests for executive leaders as they prep for meetings and external inquiries. 6. Established cross management and functional support for the Truist Foundation assets (i.e. client system management, integrated voice response servicing and issue escalation related to error resolution and client feedback requirements) 7. Communicate effectively with all levels of the enterprise inclusive of senior and executive management. Ability to take direction and then work independently. 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 4. Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy along with good organizational skills. 5. Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products to include pivot table construction, PowerPoint presentations and utilization of communications software. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience working work with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analytical methods. 2. Marketing and/or Communications experience. 3. Knowledge of IRS charitable guidelines.
