What You Will Do:
Deploy, integrate, and support advanced data and analytics capabilities directly with customer teams.
Work closely with government stakeholders to translate operational needs into product configurations and scalable technical solutions.
Implement, test, and optimize data pipelines and analytics workflows within a Databricks-based environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring reliability, performance, and security of deployed features.
Collaborate with product teams to deliver enhancements, identify gaps, and ensure field feedback informs platform evolution.
What You Will Need:
Active Secret clearance
Bachelors Degree
Experience working directly with end users or mission teams to support operational needs.
Experience with Databricks, including building pipelines, notebooks, and production workflows.
Experience with Python or Spark for building and troubleshooting data solutions.
Ability to work on-site at a government facility in Washington, DC or Northern Virginia when required.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience supporting government or defense missions.
Strong foundational knowledge of cloudbased data processing, analytics, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with secure data environments and compliance-driven workflows.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining high technical rigor.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, or containerized deployment approaches
Prior work in a forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering role
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
