Qualifications

• 3-8 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development skills and experience shipping production software.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain web and agentic applications.
• Experience leading technical initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Preferred client-facing experience to enhance candidate profiles.
• Valued backgrounds as a founder or CTO in startups, especially in AI consulting.
• Computer science or engineering degree is advantageous.
• Adaptability to an in-person, fast-paced work environment with readiness to exceed standard working hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement AI solutions on clients' existing tech stacks post-sale.
• Collaborate with an AI strategist for client relationship management.
• Ship production software across the full tech stack in a team setting.
• Lead technical initiatives with high autonomy from the start.
• Support pre-sale scoping occasionally as needed.
• Travel to client sites 1-2 times a month.
