Qualifications

• 3+ years in eCommerce operations or platform support, ideally in dropship, marketplace, or supply chain operations.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously within client organizations.
• Excellent communication skills and experience with cross-functional meetings.
• Familiarity with EDI systems and eCommerce platforms.
• Experience utilizing large language models (LLMs) like ChatGPT in professional settings.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to operate with limited information and develop complete solutions.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as an embedded extension of clients' Commerce Operations teams.
• Conduct in-depth discovery and execution to document workflows.
• Serve as the main operational contact for clients' internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Achieve program-level KPIs such as onboarding speed and merchandise value improvement.
• Lead training and enablement for the client's supplier base.
• Anticipate and resolve operational risks proactively.
• Provide feedback to internal teams based on on-the-ground operational experiences.
• Troubleshoot Logicbroker platform issues as they arise.
• Establish trusted relationships with clients' eCommerce and merchandising teams.
