Job Summary

Forensic Project Manager is responsible for managing eDiscovery and digital forensic projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. This role involves managing the work of technical staff, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with clients and other teams. The role manages dozens of simultaneous projects and requires excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills. This position may be fully remote or hybrid NYC metro area depending on the candidate. For remote candidates, travel to NYC metro once or twice a year is required.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Manage projects to support legal discovery preservation and collection.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding legal discovery preservation and collection.
  • Quality Control projects to ensure the integrity and accuracy of evidence.
  • Document processes and procedures to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients and other teams to ensure alignment and coordination of activities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures in eDiscovery preservation and collection.


Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience:
  • Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical field.
  • Preferred: Experience in eDiscovery or Digital Forensics.

The Compensation range for this role is $90,000 to $95,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
