• Skilled with computer tools including email and project planning software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor the project crew effectively.
• Prioritize and delegate responsibilities among team members.
• Communicate and coordinate with tradespeople on job sites.
• Monitor and report on project status and performance metrics.
• Control job costs to maintain budget principles.
• Build and maintain relationships with peers, customers, and subcontractors.
• Enforce the use of PPE and promote safe behavior among all employees.
• Ensure compliance with installation policies and safety procedures.
• Oversee third-party resources as needed for project execution.
• Direct and supervise work of apprentices and journeymen on projects.
