Foreign Trade Zone Operator for Crocs Inc. is responsible for securing specialized in-bond storage at our Crocs distribution facilities in Ohio and Nevada, ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.
What You'll Do- Drive compliance in all FTZ processes for our Ohio and Nevada DC facilities
- Manage daily admissions, withdrawals, and transfers in compliance with CBP regulations.
- Monitor and reconcile FTZ inventory and transactions; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Communicate with DC teams on forecasting, variance analysis and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate, electronic inventory records for zone-to-zone transfers.
- Track FTZ-related filings and audits with CBP, brokers, and internal teams; prepare and submit appropriate Customs documents.
- Provide training and serve as the primary point of contact for FTZ site-related inquiries. Act as the primary contact for CBP, FTZ Boards, and logistics partners.
What You'll Bring to the Table- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, or related field preferred.
- Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- 5+ years' experience in FTZ operations.
- Experience with Customs compliance or international logistics.
- Strong understanding of CBP regulations and FTZ procedures; ACE Portal experience preferred.
- Experience with FTZ software systems, Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE preferred.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Title: Foreign Trade Zone Operator
Salary or Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
