Role - Foreign Military Sales Program Manager
The
Foreign Military Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing international military sales opportunities, customer accounts, quotations, orders, and government contracts within assigned countries and regions. This position serves as a key liaison between foreign military customers, Regional Sales Managers, international sales representatives and agents, and internal departments to ensure opportunities are efficiently managed from initial inquiry through contract completion.

program management, inside sales, customer service, and commercial skills with the ability to coordinate complex RFQ/RFP activities, maintain regional market intelligence, and support international transactions in accordance with company policies and applicable export compliance requirements
* This is an in-person role that reports to our Hauppauge, NY office* Seal Dynamics offers a 9/80 work schedule upon completion of the probationary period you will have the option to join and have every other Friday off.Responsibilities Include but are not limited to - - Manage assigned foreign military customer accounts, inquiries, quotations, orders, programs, and contracts from opportunity identification through completion.
- Coordinate regional sales activities in alignment with established country and market strategies, supporting direct customer engagement whenever appropriate.
- Assist Regional Sales Managers, agents, representatives, and Product Managers in identifying, qualifying, and strategically routing new RFQ/RFP opportunities.
- Manage the quotation process for assigned customers, including internal coordination of pricing, lead times, product requirements, and proposal documentation.
- Lead cross-functional coordination for large or complex RFPs, RFQs, and contract opportunities to ensure accurate and timely responses.
- Monitor applicable government bid boards, procurement websites, and customer portals for military solicitations and new business opportunities.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned international military customers, sales representatives, and agents.
- Coordinate recurring agent and representative calls, track open opportunities and actions, and maintain visibility of regional sales activity.
- Ensure customer purchase orders are reviewed, dispositioned, and promptly processed in coordination with Customer Service, Contracts, Product Management, and other internal functions.
- Coordinate new international customer account setup, including customer profiles, billing, and shipping requirements, and required export compliance screening.
- Review customer orders and supporting documentation for contractual and export compliance requirements, escalating issues to appropriate subject matter experts as required.
Qualifications - - Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Program Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in defense/aerospace sales, inside sales, international sales, program management, contracts, or customer account management preferred.
- Familiarity with military or government RFQ/RFP and procurement processes preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S. export compliance requirements, including ITAR and EAR, is highly desirable.
- Experience collaborating with international customers, sales representatives, agents, distributors, or government organizations is preferred.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems; Syteline ERP experience is a plus.
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customers, countries, programs, and deadlines while coordinating effectively across internal departments.

Foreign Military Programs Manager is a key operational and commercial link between the international military customer and the company's sales, product, customer service, contracts, and compliance organizations. The position requires an individual who can simultaneously think strategically about country and customer opportunities while maintaining the attention to detail necessary to execute quotations, orders, contracts, and compliance activities.
This role is responsible for bringing
structure, visibility, responsiveness, and accountability to the foreign military sales process, helping convert international opportunities into executable business while supporting strong customer relationships and ensuring adherence to established company and regulatory requirements.
