What You Will Do:The Foreign Assistance Program Analyst will support a government client and the responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of foreign assistance programs
- Support the development of program plans, budgets, and performance frameworks in alignment with U.S. foreign policy goals.
- Coordinate with regional and functional bureaus, overseas missions, and interagency partners to gather program requirements and track progress.
- Prepare briefing materials, performance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate program progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Evaluate program outcomes and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provides knowledge management support by organizing site structures, managing content, and improving collaboration through workflow development and user guidance.
- Assist in drafting policy guidance, strategic plans, and foreign assistance portfolio reviews.
- Support coordination meetings, consultations, workshops, and interagency reviews.
What You Will Need:- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- TWO (2) years or more of experience in foreign assistance, international programs, federal government programs, or related work.
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with U.S. foreign assistance programs (e.g., Department of State, USAID, DOD security cooperation).
The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
