Full Job Description
This position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

Reporting to the Planning & Fulfillment manager, you will own the end-to-end forecast and operational planning process - driving alignment between demand signals, production capacity, and supply chain execution to ensure on-time delivery, optimized inventory, and revenue realization. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in the Smart Power Division located in North Mississippi/Memphis area.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Maintaining the right inventory levels, optimizing them according to the company's targets while ensuring high customer service level.
  • Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses of planning and fulfillment metrics, including Days Inventory on Hand (DIH), on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization.
  • Identifying key root causes for non-performance and drives improvement initiatives across businesses.
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models, market intelligence, and customer data
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels (raw material, WIP, finished goods) to balance service levels and working capital targets
  • Define, track, and report on planning KPIs: forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, schedule adherence
  • Lead and develop a team of planners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making
  • Responsible for partnering with Finance on E&O provision management and mitigation processes


Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field. APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred
  • 5+ years in demand forecasting, production planning, or supply chain management
  • 3+ years managing planning teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record leading or co-leading S&OP/SIOP processes /
  • Strong SAP proficiency; advanced Excel; Power BI or similar analytics tools a plus
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business decisions for senior leadership
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes manufacturing environment
  • Strong influencing skills - able to align Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain around a single plan
  • Experience with ERP implementations or SAP upgrades
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certification is a plus
  • Experience planning in a high-volume, high-revenue manufacturing environment ($50M+/month preferred)
