This position reports to:Planning & Fulfillment Manager
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)Reporting to the Planning & Fulfillment manager, you will own the end-to-end forecast and operational planning process - driving alignment between demand signals, production capacity, and supply chain execution to ensure on-time delivery, optimized inventory, and revenue realization. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in the Smart Power Division located in North Mississippi/Memphis area.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Maintaining the right inventory levels, optimizing them according to the company's targets while ensuring high customer service level.
- Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses of planning and fulfillment metrics, including Days Inventory on Hand (DIH), on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization.
- Identifying key root causes for non-performance and drives improvement initiatives across businesses.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models, market intelligence, and customer data
- Monitor and manage inventory levels (raw material, WIP, finished goods) to balance service levels and working capital targets
- Define, track, and report on planning KPIs: forecast accuracy, OTIF, inventory turns, schedule adherence
- Lead and develop a team of planners, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making
- Responsible for partnering with Finance on E&O provision management and mitigation processes
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field. APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred
- 5+ years in demand forecasting, production planning, or supply chain management
- 3+ years managing planning teams in a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record leading or co-leading S&OP/SIOP processes /
- Strong SAP proficiency; advanced Excel; Power BI or similar analytics tools a plus
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business decisions for senior leadership
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes manufacturing environment
- Strong influencing skills - able to align Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain around a single plan
- Experience with ERP implementations or SAP upgrades
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certification is a plus
- Experience planning in a high-volume, high-revenue manufacturing environment ($50M+/month preferred)
