Responsibilities- Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicles according to manufacturer standards
- Perform inspections and identify necessary repairs
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately
- Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic equipment
- Perform warranty repairs according to Ford specifications
- Communicate repair needs and recommendations with Service Advisors
- Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation
Qualifications- Ford Certification Preferred
- ASE Certifications Preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background screening
