In this role, you will perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on Ford vehicles, ensuring quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford vehicles using dealership-approved tools and procedures.
- Identify mechanical and electrical issues and resolve them efficiently with quality workmanship.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford technical service bulletins and software updates.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues and repair status.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and parts used.
Requirements- Proven experience as a technician specializing in Ford vehicles.
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
- ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment.
