Elder Ford of Tampa is expanding our Main Shop Technician Team, and we're looking for Ford Certified Technicians. Our shop is busier than ever. As a high‑volume Ford dealership, we offer consistent work, great benefits and top performers earn up to $300,000 per year.

We also welcome experienced domestic-brand technicians looking to take the next step in their careers. If you've worked for Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Buick, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, or RAM dealerships, we'd love to speak with you. You may have performed warranty repairs, diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, engine repairs, transmission repairs, or heavy line work. We prefer Ford certification, but we value domestic dealership experience.

This job will be onsite at Elder Ford of Tampa. You will report to the Service Manager.

Who We're Looking For:

• Prior dealership experience
• Ford Certified Technicians
• We encourage domestic dealership technicians from Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, Buick, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and RAM to apply.
• Solid Line, Heavy Line, and Master Technicians
• Warranty, Diagnostic, and Drivability Technicians
• ASE certifications
• 1+ years of experience with engine repair, transmission repair, electrical diagnostics, and warranty work
• Take Pride in your work
• Desire to grow as an automotive technician
