Responsibilities
Perform vehicle repairs efficiently according to dealership policies

Complete warranty repairs while following manufacturer specifications
Conduct multi-point inspections and provide accurate time estimates for repairs
Return warranty parts and document completed work according to factory standards

5-day work week, work 1 Saturday every 4 weeks
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies.
Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment; test drive vehicles to verify concerns and ensure proper repairs.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Complete online multi-point inspection report
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Perform maintenance and repair work on a wide range of Fords as well as other Makes and Models.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisors and/or management so that customers are informed of any repairs or service that is needed.
Provide an estimate of time needed for initial and additional repairs.
Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Complete all warranty documentation to factory standards, return warranty parts and cores per manufacturer.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ford certified & experienced
Are a fast learner
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Are computer literate
Have a valid driver's license
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous DIESEL repair experience at a Ford dealership.
Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
