Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or strong Sales Manager ready for a promotion.
• Prior experience with Ford, CDJR, or multi-franchise dealership operations is preferred.
• Strong abilities in desking and structuring profitable deals.
• Data-driven approach with focus on inventory management, pricing, and KPIs.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to drive accountability and performance.
• Familiarity with vAuto, CRM tools, and digital lead management architecture.
• High urgency and ownership mentality in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Morris, MN.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales for new and used vehicles across Ford and CDJR brands.
• Own and execute the inventory strategy, including ordering, pricing, and aging.
• Drive the attainment of monthly sales volume and gross profit objectives.
• Structure and desk profitable transactions for customers.
• Enhance lead handling, appointment setting, and closing ratios for the sales team.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a high-performance sales process.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales consultants and managers, fostering their professional growth.
