THE TEAM

The mission of the F&B Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the day-to-day F&B business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our F&B Integration team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering Everyday Luxury through unique, engaging, and fun F&B experiences for clients and employees alike. As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, F&B Integration, you will support with the efficient and effective performance of F&B functions by defining, upholding, and improving the standards of operational excellence. You will champion the seamless execution of all F&B programs by leading departmental priority planning, managing F&B lifecycles, programs and events, representing F&B cross-functionally and leading communications across the department. THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst / Analyst, F&B Integration, you will:
  • Identify, evaluate, and plan the resourcing of work in Food & Beverage, ensuring we are working on the right things at the right time.
  • Ensure the most important programs are realized correctly and efficiently.
  • Project manage select cross-functional initiatives that impact the F&B Department.
  • Seamlessly execute the integration of events.
  • Ensure department tools support business needs.
  • Integrate inputs, learnings, feedback, and infrastructure into and out of F&B.
  • Connect and organize the department with business-driven, simple, and relevant information.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Analyst / Analyst, F&B Integration, has:
  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Food & Beverage
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $50,000-$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
