Full Job Description
We are looking for a Focus-factory Production Manager, Assembly. This position will be based in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

This role leads assembly operations across switchgear and switchboard manufacturing in an Engineer-to-Order environment. You will support safety, quality, productivity, cost performance, continuous improvement, and team development across multiple product lines, including Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Switchgear. This position partners with production, engineering, EHS, manufacturing engineering, and business unit teams to improve operational performance and support factory growth.

You'll make a difference by:
  • Leading production activities across multiple shifts and product lines within the switchgear factory, including oversight of assembly operations and supervisor teams.
  • Driving production execution, internal scheduling, resource utilization, and delivery performance to meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Fostering a safety-focused environment and supporting compliance with company and regulatory standards in partnership with EHS.
  • Supporting quality and operational integrity by managing non-conformance reporting, resolving missing or defective material issues, and working with engineering teams to address design and manufacturability concerns.
  • Validating SAP job hours and monitoring key performance indicators to support accurate reporting, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
  • Leading continuous improvement efforts that improve productivity, standardization, digitalization, Lean manufacturing practices, and production efficiency.
  • Building, mentoring, and developing collaborative teams while supporting cost productivity programs and business-unit-led performance and growth initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience with the following:
  • Leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration production, planning, material management, quality, safety, order management, assembly, or testing.
    • Lean manufacturing, production systems, continuous improvement methods, and operational best practices.
    • SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office for production tracking, reporting, analysis, and communication.
    • Problem-solving, communication, organizational skills, and supporting safety, quality, and operational integrity.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Engineer-to-Order environments across areas such as production, planning, material management, order management, assembly, or testing.
  • Experience with Siemens processes, policies, tools, IT infrastructure, culture, and products.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or other structured process improvement frameworks.
  • Experience using data analysis to identify trends, improve production efficiency, and support operational decisions.
  • Familiarity with cost productivity tools, including Siemens OPW or similar productivity tracking systems.

The pay range for this position is $133k - $180K annually with a target incentive of 15% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
