PeopleTec is currently seeking a FMS Instructor / Developer to support our Fort Sill, OK location.

We are seeking an experienced Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Instructor / Developer to support U.S. Army Security Cooperation missions focused on Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS), Air Defense Artillery (ADA), radar, and electromagnetic warfare (EW) capabilities.

This position supports training and development for partner nation forces operating U.S.-provided systems. The role includes both CONUS-based instruction and OCONUS support. CONUS / OCONUS Travel Required.

CONUS (Home Station)
  • Develop and update Training Support Packages (TSPs) and instructional materials
  • Coordinate deployment and integration planning with program offices and stakeholders
  • Support system integration planning, readiness preparation, and sustainment activities
  • Prepare training teams and mission execution packages for international partners

OCONUS (Training)
  • Provide direct training, advisory support, and technical assistance to partner nation forces
  • Execute system setup, integration, and operational validation activities
  • Support Field Training Exercises (FTXs), New Equipment Training (NET), and mission validation events

The instructor serves as a technical trainer ensuring partner forces achieve operational proficiency and sustainment capability. Instructor will be expected to:
  • Develop and deliver CONUS and in country targeted training for operators, maintainers, and leadership personnel.
  • Develop and maintain Training Support Packages (TSPs) in accordance with applicable Army training standards.
  • Translate technical system documentation into operational, hands-on instruction.
  • Conduct direct, over-the-shoulder training.
  • Execute New Equipment Training (NET) during the initial fielding of systems to ensure immediate operational readiness.
  • Conduct over-the-shoulder training for operators, maintainers, and leadership elements.
  • Execute training and advisory support within approved U.S. Government authorities and scope


Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:
  • 10+ years of combined experience in one or more of the following:
    • Technical instruction or training development
    • Instructional or training support
    • Operational employment or deployment of military systems
  • 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following domains:
    • Air Defense Artillery (ADA)
    • Electromagnetic Warfare (EW)
    • Radar systems
    • Counter-UAS (C-UAS) systems (operations, integration, or maintenance)
    • Field Artillery (FA)
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD Secret clearance at minimum

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, OR
  • High School Diploma with 10+ years of directly relevant military or civilian experience in lieu of degree

Desired Experience:
  • Former ADA, EW, maintenance NCO, or junior officer with Air and Missile Defense planning experience
  • Familiarity with Link-16 systems, associated equipment, and operational employment
  • Experience in C-UAS or EW operations in an operational environment
  • Instructor certification (within last 5 years preferred)
  • Graduate of ADAM/BAE or equivalent Air Defense training course
  • International / OCONUS operational experience
  • Experience training foreign military partners on AMD and C-UAS integration
  • Experience conducting C-UAS site surveys and emplacement planning
  • Prior Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or Security Cooperation experience
  • FAA Part 107 or SUASMAN qualification (preferred)
  • Familiarity with C2/C3 systems and Link-16/MIDS architecture
