The Opportunity:


CACI is seeking a FMS Acquisition Analyst to provide comprehensive onsite support for the Undersea Weapons Program Office (PMS 404) within the Team SUB Undersea Warfare and Weapons Systems (UWWS) program. The job requires coordination and support across financial, technical, and programmatic levels to facilitate the acquisition of military technology for partners and allies. Key responsibilities include supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development, coordinating with technical experts, preparing official documents, drafting various types of communications, and facilitating stakeholder interactions. The role also involves tracking action items, coordinating reviews, and supporting logistical requirements for foreign partners

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite support for the Undersea Weapons Program Office (PMS 404) for the Team SUB Undersea Warfare and Weapons Systems (UWWS) program.
  • Coordinate and provide support on financial, technical, and programmatic levels to assist in the acquisition of military technology for partners and allies.
  • Support Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case development activities, such as precreation of price and availability packages, entry into Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), preparation of case amendments and modifications.
  • Coordinate with Field Activity technical experts and other organizations to address FMS customer inquiries.
  • Support development and prepare official letters and requirements definition packages at the request of the stakeholder.
  • Draft memorandums, presentations, financial reports, Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), meeting minutes, and White Papers.
  • Prepare presentations for staff level meetings between multiple stakeholders including foreign partners
  • Track Action Items.
  • Facilitate the requirements and needs from stakeholder-to-stakeholder.
  • Coordinate reviews and track the status of foreign national visit requests.
  • Support and develop logistical requirements for foreign partner materials.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree
  • US Citizen with an Active Secret Clearanc
  • Minimum of 1-2 years as an analyst supporting a Program Office within the Naval Sea Systems Command
  • Strong written, organizational and communication skills

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

  • 1-2 years as an analyst supporting Foreign Military Sales for a NAVSEA Program Office
