What You Will Do:
Guidehouse supports CFO Offices with strategic advisory services to support advancement of their objectives. This includes guidance on financial management (FM) activities in order to achieve, improve, and sustain appropriate accountability for CFO priorities. You will work with a team to support the development and implementation of strategies for improvement of processes related to budget formulation, execution and accountability, as well as address vulnerabilities in outdated systems and process, as well as those inherent in public budgetary and financial management requirements. This shall include identification of risks present in the financial enterprise, reviews of financial policies and proposals to address concerns and reporting on trends in related systems technologies. You will work to provide overall strategic and implementation support, guidance, and expertise resulting from both private industry and federal government best practices to drive and define how to best achieve related mission requirements.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph.
TWO (2)+ years of experience with change management, facilitation, business process improvement, or related business disciplines.
Bachelor's degree

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
