Job DescriptionYou will be the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for leading represented mechanics and avionics technicians in systems testing, ground checks, and flight operations.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for overseeing crew performance, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring on-time, high-quality flight-line execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise crews of mechanics and avionics technicians, assigning work to meet tactical and strategic goals.
- Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget while reviewing work for quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and enforce "Clean As You Go" tool-control practices.
- Conduct safety audits, identify risks, and implement mitigating actions in partnership with Flight Line Operations leadership.
- Manage training records, address certification gaps, and support employee-engagement initiatives.

National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
