Job DescriptionYou will be the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for supervising avionics crews, conducting ground checks, and ensuring safe, on-schedule flight-line activities.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading represented avionics technicians and managing daily flight-line operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise avionics crews performing systems testing, ground checks, and flight operations, adjusting work assignments to meet tactical and strategic goals.
- Ensure tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established procedures and work plans.
- Conduct safety audits, identify risks, and implement corrective actions in partnership with Flight Line Operations leadership.
- Monitor "Clean As You Go" compliance, tool control, and complete end-of-shift shutdown processes.
- Review training reports, coordinate with training representatives, and maintain the required mix of certifications across the team.

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
