DescriptionEarn $80 to $90 per hour as a full-time Flex Provider covering all 12 Nao Medical clinics across New York City and Long Island, plus up to $45,000 in quarterly performance bonus and up to $5,000 sign-on bonus. This is an opportunity for an experienced clinician seeking variety beyond a single-site practice. You'll deliver primary and urgent care across Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Manhattan, and Nassau County, supported by AI copilots that keep documentation efficient and a clinical leadership team that regards float providers as essential to scheduling continuity, not a stopgap.
How You'll Make an Impact- Patient care: Deliver primary and urgent care to adults and pediatrics across a walk-in and scheduled mix.
- Coverage: Fill provider gaps across all locations on a rotating basis, including short-notice shifts.
- Continuity: Plug into each site's team and workflows quickly and keep care consistent no matter which clinic you're in.
- Collaboration: Work alongside site leads, MAs, and the clinical strategy team to keep every location running smoothly.

Requirements- NYS PA license + NCCPA certification
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
- EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
- FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
- DEA preferred or willingness to obtain
- Suboxone and CDL certification
