Full Job Description
The Fleet Website Manager will operate as the business owner and Stellantis lead for the Fleet digital ecosystem, overseeing delivery of all fleet-related website content, tools, integrations, and customer experiences across Stellantis fleet platforms. This role will lead digital strategy focused on creating a world-class, frictionless research, shopping, lead-generation, and ownership experience tailored to commercial, government, and fleet customers.

The Fleet Website Manager will lead annual planning efforts and scope definition to define, execute, and communicate Website strategy supporting Fleet Sales, Small Business, Commercial Marketing, Upfitter Programs, and dealer business objectives, while balancing content execution, technical delivery, and budget conformance. This role will manage performance and deliverables from primary digital agencies, ensuring strong project management, quality assurance, and alignment with enterprise digital standards.

This role will focus on improving fleet lead conversion, customer satisfaction, engagement, and digital self-service capabilities to increase commercial sales opportunities and customer retention. The Fleet Website Manager will use data-driven decision-making to assess digital performance, customer behavior, and operational effectiveness to inform site strategy and roadmap prioritization.

The Fleet Website Manager will support vehicle launch initiatives, fleet-specific product releases, incentives, commercial programs, and global website initiatives through planning, collaboration, and coordination with cross-functional and global teams.

The Fleet Website Manager will have a strong understanding of digital marketing and enterprise web strategy, particularly around website execution within associated marketing and content management platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager. This role will work closely with Fleet Sales, Marketing, Product Planning, Analytics, CRM, Brand, Legal, Compliance, IT, and agency partners to ensure delivery of a unified and effective digital strategy.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Lead fleet website strategy, roadmap development, and platform optimization initiatives
  • Own commercial customer journey and digital experience strategy across research, lead generation, and ownership touchpoints
  • Coordinate fleet product launches, incentives, upfitter content, and program communications across digital channels
  • Manage website content governance, publishing workflows, and platform operations
  • Develop optimization strategies leveraging analytics, experimentation, usability testing, and customer insights
  • Partner with Analytics teams to measure performance using digital KPIs, conversion metrics, engagement metrics, and lead funnel analysis
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to define and deliver launches aligned with overall commercial strategy
  • Cultivate and communicate best practices in digital operations, platform governance, and customer experience management
  • Support integration efforts across CRM, lead management, inventory, dealer systems, and marketing platforms
  • Ensure alignment between Fleet, Brand, and enterprise digital initiatives
  • Manage agency partners, vendor relationships, timelines, budgets, and quality assurance processes


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
  • At least 8 years of digital marketing, website management, or digital product experience
  • Strong understanding of enterprise website platforms and backend systems
  • Experience managing complex digital projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Previous digital product management or website ownership experience
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and user journey optimization
  • Experience collaborating with agencies, development teams, and stakeholders across large organizations
  • Knowledge of digital analytics, experimentation, and performance optimization methodologies
  • Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and translating customer insights into digital improvements
  • Strong organization, planning, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to think strategically while driving operational execution
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Automotive, fleet, or commercial vehicle marketing experience
  • Experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager
  • Knowledge of commercial/fleet customer lifecycle and sales processes
  • Experience with CRM, lead management, and marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of creative development and digital asset production processes
  • Understanding of CGI, still imagery, and video production workflows
  • Experience supporting ecommerce, lead-generation, or self-service digital platforms
