Fleet Service Advisor who knows how to take care of commercial customers, build long-term relationships, and grow a strong book of fleet business.
This is
not an entry-level advisor position. We are looking for a proven performer with experience in
Fleet Service and/or Ford Service who wants the resources and opportunity to take their income to the next level.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORThe ideal candidate:
- Has previous Fleet Service Advisor and/or Ford Service Advisor experience
- Understands the needs and urgency of commercial customers
- Is comfortable managing multiple vehicles and customer accounts
- Communicates extremely well with customers, technicians, parts, and management
- Knows how to follow up and keep customers informed
- Builds relationships instead of simply writing repair orders
- Is organized, accountable, competitive, and motivated by performance
- Wants to build a career and an income-not just collect a paycheck
Ford experience is highly preferred. Existing fleet and commercial service experience is a major plus.
