, is looking to hire a skilled
Fleet Maintenance Manager. The Fleet Manager is responsible for leading a team of Technicians and Mechanics in an aggressive quality preventative maintenance repair program, including the maintenance of light and medium to large/heavy duty vehicles, and other equipment to ensure a safe and efficient fleet.
Compensation: $95,000 to $105,000/yr. based on experience plus additional annual bonus incentives
Schedule: Shift: Sunday-wed or Wed-Sat hours 11AM to 9pm

What the Fleet Manager role looks like:- Manage daily fleet maintenance and repair operations, ensuring minimal downtime
- Oversee a high volume of repair orders and prioritize workflow for maximum efficiency
- Supervise shop operations and/or maintenance staff as applicable
- Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed and documented
- Manage parts and inventory, including ordering, tracking, and cost control
- Review repair estimates, invoices, and warranty claims for accuracy
- Coordinate with clients, dealerships, and vendor service providers to ensure quality work
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, DOT requirements, and company policies
- Analyze maintenance data and recommend improvements to operation
What our ideal candidate looks like:- Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of fleet management or shop management experience
- Strong technical/mechanical background (hands-on experience preferred)
- Proven history of managing high-volume repair orders
- Demonstrated experience with inventory and parts management
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with fleet management software or CMMS systems
- Knowledge of DOT compliance and safety standards
Working Conditions:- Exposure to heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job.
- Exposure to considerable amounts of dust, diesel fumes and noise.
- Exposure to chemicals, oils, greases or other irritants.
- Ability to move and position heavy objects
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel and crawl to repair vehicles
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
