Fleet Maintenance ManagerLa Mirada, CA
The OpportunityCRST is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to own maintenance strategy and execution for assigned fleet assets within Dedicated Solutions. In this role, you'll work directly with Directors of Operations and Fleet Managers to keep equipment reliable, costs controlled and service disruptions to a minimum.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who brings both operational discipline and sound judgment to the work. You'll develop and manage a maintenance plan for your assigned fleet, hold vendors accountable to clear performance standards and step in to lead resolution when issues get complex - all while keeping stakeholders informed with data-backed updates and recommendations.
How You'll Work- Location: La Mirada, CA (16400 Knott Ave, La Mirada, CA 90638)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:00 PM)
- Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $73,220 - $95,215 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills and location.

What You'll Do- Align with Directors of Operations and Fleet Managers to coordinate maintenance scheduling and keep assigned fleet reliable
- Develop and implement a maintenance plan that drives consistent adherence to preventative maintenance standards
- Evaluate fleet performance data and provide recommendations that inform asset replacement and capital investment decisions
- Monitor maintenance spend, identify cost reduction opportunities and implement improvements across assigned scope
- Establish vendor performance standards, negotiate agreements and review repair estimates to ensure service and cost expectations are met
- Resolve non-routine maintenance issues independently and lead escalation of complex or customer-critical situations to senior leadership
- Communicate maintenance performance, downtime updates and operational insights to Directors, Fleet Managers and other internal stakeholders

What You Bring- Experience overseeing fleet maintenance operations or vendor repair programs
- Working knowledge of preventative maintenance standards and DOT compliance
- Experience managing vendor performance and repair cost review
- Ability to independently resolve maintenance issues within assigned scope
- High school diploma or equivalent
Going The Extra Mile- Ability to review and interpret maintenance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support capital and operational decisions
- Experience using fleet maintenance or asset management systems
- A four-year degree
